This policy covers the information Asteros AI ("we," "us") collects through this website, asteros.ai, and what we do with it. Asteros AI is a division of Asteros.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. There's no account to create and no tracking of you as you browse. Specifically:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), and whatever message you write.
- Automation assessment (the quiz on our homepage): the pain points you select, your type of company, an optional free-form comment, and your name, email, and company name.
Both forms include a hidden field that real visitors never see, used only to catch automated spam submissions. It doesn't collect anything about you.
How we use your information
We use what you submit to respond to you, follow up on your inquiry, and keep a record of the conversation. If you take the automation assessment, we also use your answers to generate the personalized suggestions shown to you on the page, and to understand what a prospective client's business actually needs before we talk.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
AI-generated suggestions
The automation assessment's suggestions are generated using Anthropic's Claude model, accessed through Cloudflare Workers AI. Your quiz answers (and any follow-up feedback you give on the suggestions) are sent to that model to generate a response, which is shown directly to you on the page. This happens in real time and isn't used to train any AI model.
How we share information
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the infrastructure that runs this site and handles our day-to-day operations:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and handles the AI processing described above.
- Our own internal systems, where submissions land so our team can follow up with you.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics on it. A small amount of local browser storage is used to remember your light/dark theme preference — that stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records, and no longer than that.
Your choices
You can reach out any time to ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Use the contact form, or get in touch directly — see below.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and this site isn't directed at them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Check back occasionally if you want to stay current.
