Will this replace any of my staff?+
No. The automation we build is aimed at the repetitive, low-judgment parts of a job, like data entry, copy-pasting between systems, or manual follow-up, so your team can spend their time on the parts of the job that actually need a person.
It's just me, or just a couple of us. Do I need a tech department for this?+
No, and that's the point. Most tools assume you have IT staff to set them up and keep them running. We build the thing, get it working, and hand it to you already running. You don't manage servers or write code. You just use what we built.

How much does this cost?+
There's no fixed package, because no two businesses have the same problem. Engagements run on a prepaid bucket of hours, agreed after discovery, so you know your budget before any building starts.
I don't trust AI, or just don't want it in my business. Is that going to be a problem?+
Not at all, and you're not alone in feeling that way. AI is a powerful tool and we do use it, but it's not the first thing we reach for. A lot of the time, the real fix is just improving your existing workflow or automating a process with plain, traditional programming, no AI involved at all. We only bring AI in when it's genuinely the right tool for the job, not because it's trendy. We also run a security practice, so privacy and how your data gets handled are taken seriously in everything we build, not treated as an afterthought.
We paid for a system once and nobody ended up using it. How do I know this won't be the same?+
That usually happens when someone shows up with a solution already in mind and sells you on it. We do the opposite. We ask what annoys you about the current process and what your employees complain about, and we build around the answers, not a template. If it doesn't fit how your team actually works, nobody uses it, and we know that as well as you do.
Do I have to sign up for an ongoing contract?+
